Dr. Sarah Laudone, DPT, OCS, CMTPT

With 11 years of outpatient physical therapy experience, Sarah Laudone has dedicated her career to improving the quality of life for her patients. She graduated from Franklin Pierce University in 2011 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She received her Bachelor of Science in exercise science at Rhode Island College in 2008, where she also played point guard on the varsity basketball team. Since graduating from college, Sarah’s continued her passion for learning and growing in the field of physical therapy. She’s also developed a passion for golf, which has led to her obtaining a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certification – the inspiration behind her business.

Sarah prides herself on providing individualized patient care, emphasizing manual treatment, and focusing on functional outcomes rather than your typical cookie-cutter approach to physical therapy. Sessions are created with a full-body focus and centered around your goals. She believes it is essential to address overall musculoskeletal health as well as prevention techniques to keep you feeling and competing at your best!

Advanced certifications



As a board-certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) Sarah uses advanced techniques to assist the patient toward optimal function through corrective, adaptive, and prophylactic management of the neuromusculoskeletal system.



Sarah has completed the level-3 course to become a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist – Dry Needling (CMTPT/DN), earning the highest level of clinical proficiency in the management of patients with myofascial pain.



Sarah is certified in Sportsmetrics™, an ACL injury prevention program that is scientifically proven to decrease serious knee ligament injuries in female athletes while providing sport-specific skills.



The Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) Level 1 and 2 provides Sarah with an efficient and systematic tool to reach a comprehensive movement diagnosis and develop an appropriate intervention plan.



The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) course provides Sarah with a standard operating procedure for screening movement patterns and ultimately discharging patients back into activities without continued pain. 



As a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified health professional, Sarah has the tools to evaluate a golfer for physical limitations which can inhibit swing efficiency, durability and, enjoyment of the game

More about Sarah

Sarah currently resides in Cumberland, RI where she lives with her husband, two rescue dogs: Reese and Mookie, and two cats: Chubs and Chesney. She has a passion for helping and working with animals, not just people. She is an advocate against animal cruelty and currently foster dogs for the Friends of Homeless Animals.  

During her free time Sarah enjoys golfing, going to sporting events and concerts (especially Kenny Chesney!), reading, traveling anywhere with a golf course or a beach, and spending time with family and friends.
